Almond pistachios finely chopped slivers 1 tbsp
Oil ane tsp


Method
Preheat the oven to 189c
Step ane
Mix flaxseed inward improver to water too become on it aside for 10mins.
Then add all the other ingredients and mix good

Now add together the prepared moisture ingredients from step ane into pace two.
