For the Muffins
Step one
All-use flour/maida 200g
Baking soda i/ii tsp

Curd one/two cup 
Milk one/4 loving cup
Rose essence i/two tsp
Saffron nitty-gritty i/2 tsp
Thandai powder iii tbsp
Saffron/yellow color 1/two tsp

Finale

Mix nuts(almonds, pistachios, cashews) chopped i tbsp
Black pepper pulverisation i/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder i/ii tsp

Method 
For the Thandai pulverization
In a mixer, jar set all the ingredients together with churn it until it becomes a powder.

For the Muffins
Preheat the oven to 200c
Step i 
In a big mixing bowl place a sieve over it too equally add together inward all the ingredients together alongside sieve it.
